On August 20th, Lil Wayne finally pulled the veil on his new skateboard inspired clothing line “TRUKFIT” in Las Vegas for the project trade show. With a full display of dope apparel, Weezy was definitely been grinding out the competition at S.L.A.T.E for their first ever appearance at the popular indie trade show. Being so close to the creative process of his gear, Weezy personally was on deck at the booth promoting his new contemporary brand. Getting blessed with a custom set of Beats by Dre and TRUKFIT Guitar surely christened his first look in the fashion field.
The night life brought in some interesting energy to the scene. Weezy surprised the 1 Oak Nightclub at The Mirage with performances with Tyga, Mack Maine and producer Detail spinning crowd favorites from “Rack City” to “The Motto.” Upping the WTF factor, Weezy and skate legend Stevie Williams shredded a fully operational ramp that his squad helped build to make this truly a special event!
